What Is an HOA Proxy Form?
An HOA proxy form is a written authorization that lets one member appoint another person to represent them at an association meeting. The person granting authority is usually called the owner, member, principal, or proxy giver. The person receiving authority is the proxy holder.
Proxy forms are most often used to help establish quorum when owners cannot attend in person. Depending on your documents and state law, a proxy may also allow the proxy holder to vote on certain matters.
